Senior Analyst Finance

Key Responsibilities :

�� Financial Analysis & Reporting :

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts and budgets.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic planning.

�� Budgeting & Forecasting :

Support the development and maintenance of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.

Partner with business units to gather financial inputs and validate assumptions.

Track budget vs. actual performance and provide commentary on variances.

�� Data Management & Modeling :

Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in ERP and reporting systems.

Leverage data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to automate reports and enhance insights.

�� Stakeholder Collaboration :

Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams (operations, sales, procurement).

Provide financial insights to assist with operational decision-making.

Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

�� Compliance & Controls :

Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data security.

Qualifications :

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (mandatory).

CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.

Experience :

4–9 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools is a plus.

Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
