Responsible for ensuring the hygiene of the client assets in retail stores. This includes total preventive and reactive maintenance.Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Maintenance activities.Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and manage the budget from identification to completion of projects.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of project.Self-Management : Anticipates and overcomes obstacles, Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team member, Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.Preferred candidate profile
- Should have 8 to 10 years of similar experience from retail display / trade marketing / market activation.
