Property & Casualty CRE Insurance Specialist (Contract-to-Full Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a P&C CRE Insurance Specialist to help shape a new innovation in the U.S. commercial real estate insurance space. This is an opportunity to collaborate with some of the most successful and forward-thinking stakeholders in the industry. More details on the project will be shared once we connect.

We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience supporting industry-leading U.S.-based P&C brokers, consultants, or risk managers —regardless of where you’re based (we’re open to international candidates, with strong preference for India).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on insurance documentation, workflows, and industry best practices.
• Advise on how stakeholders (owners, operators, brokers, insurers) manage and share critical information.
• Support organization and tracking of SOVs (schedules of values), COIs (certificates of insurance), binders, and master policies.
• Share insights from your experience working with industry-leading firms to inform business strategy and product direction.
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, and designers to ensure industry alignment.
