Claims Handling & Management

• Register and track marine claims (cargo, hull, and liability) with insurers.
• Review policy terms, coverage, warranties, and exclusions to determine claim validity.
• Collect, verify, and submit all necessary claim documentation (survey reports, bills of lading, invoices, etc.).
• Coordinate with surveyors, loss adjusters, correspondents, and underwriters for claim investigation and assessment.
• Ensure timely follow-up with insurers for claim settlement.
