Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and implementation of CI / CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI / CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions .
Build and manage scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform , CloudFormation , or Pulumi .
Manage cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud for compute, networking, and storage.
Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using tools like Prometheus , Grafana , Datadog , or New Relic .
Collaborate with developers, QA, and security teams to integrate DevSecOps practices into development workflows.
Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker , Kubernetes , Helm , and Istio .
Guide and mentor junior DevOps engineers, enforce best practices, and lead incident response during outages.
Oversee release management, environment automation, and rollback strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE roles , including 2+ years in a leadership or architect capacity.

Deep understanding of CI / CD principles , Git workflows , and version control systems .

Strong expertise with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash , Python , or PowerShell .

Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible , Chef , or Puppet ).

Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
