We're Hiring : Senior US Accounts & US Tax Executive (Remote - India )

Location : Only Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai-based candidates will be considered

Full-time | Remote | Mon–Fri : 12 PM–8 PM IST, Sat : 10 AM–1 PM IST

A well-established US-based CPA firm is looking for a hands-on Senior Accounts & Tax Executive to join our growing team remotely from India. If you are a driven accounting professional with 5–6+ years of experience in US Accounting and Tax , we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in US Accounting and Taxation

✅ In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax preparation, and advisory

✅ Strong experience with US-based clients , capable of independently handling client queries and resolving issues

✅ Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Intuit ProSeries is mandatory

✅ Must be located in Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Record and review data in QuickBooks Desktop ; oversee and mentor junior staff

Prepare and review complex Corporate and Individual US tax returns

Handle Multi-state tax returns, FBAR, Gift Tax, and Estate Tax filings

Interact directly with clients to resolve accounting and tax issues

Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members

Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before escalation
