Our strategic partnerships provide companies the chance to introduce innovative solutions and products to their target audience and key decision-makers in the industry.

We are expanding our team in Bangalore and are seeking dynamic and driven  International Sales Executives (Delegate Acquisition)  to join our fast-growing organization.

Role Description

As an International Sales Executive – Delegate Acquisition, you will be responsible for promoting participation in our global conferences and technical summits. You will engage with senior professionals and decision-makers across the energy, manufacturing, and engineering industries to secure delegate registrations and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to engage potential delegates across international markets.
  • Explain event value propositions and drive delegate registration for conferences and training programs.
  • Research target markets, identify key professionals, and maintain an updated database.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with delegates and key accounts.
  • Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align outreach strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • 1–3 years of international sales experience, preferably in conferences, training, or B2B events.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a confident, persuasive phone manner.
  • Strong work ethic, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online research for lead identification is an advantage.
