Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in client management or a similar role, and will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.
