Automation Program Lead

About the Role

We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager with 7+ years of experience in software development and system implementation, and hands-on expertise in Zoho Books. This role is perfect for someone who can lead tech teams, translate business needs into action, and ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions within a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across development and finance automation initiatives.
• Own and optimize Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance in workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
• Guide and coordinate a technical team to implement custom workflows and automation.
• Execute API integrations and scripting across the Zoho ecosystem (Books, Creator, CRM, etc.).
• Drive delivery timelines, quality benchmarks, and internal communication with clarity.
