Automation Engineering Lead

LTIMindtree is seeking a Principal Test Automation Architect with over 15 years of experience specializing in SeleniumJava testing to lead and innovate test automation strategies.

Job Description

• Lead the design and development of robust test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java within the Test Automation Architecture family
• Architect scalable and maintainable automated testing solutions to ensure software quality across multiple platforms Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define automation strategies aligned with business and technical requirements
• Drive continuous improvement of test automation processes tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in test automation and integrate best practices into the automation architecture
• Oversee integration of automated tests into CICD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid delivery cycles
• Provide expert guidance on test automation standards code quality and best practices to ensure highquality deliverables
