Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and mentoring the sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves managing sales processes, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets to contribute to our company’s growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the advertising or outdoor media industry is a plus
