Job Position : Store Manager

Location - Chennai & ROTN

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive store operations in line with SOPs : Cash handling, Stock management, VM, Audits & Compliance.
• Deliver profitability through sales conversions, upselling & expenses control.
• Track KPIs, MIS and ensure timely reporting.
• Manage & motivate outsourced staff through daily rosters, briefings and development.
• Elevate customer experience by ensuring CE guidelines, smart staff allocation & handling escalations.

Requirements :

Education : Graduate in any discipline

Experience : 3 to 7 years
