Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI Engineer with over 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and a strong grasp of modern AI technologies, especially in Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI models, and production-grade AI workflows. You’ll play a key role in building intelligent systems that augment and automate real-world business processes.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Build and optimise prompt engineering strategies to ensure high-performance language model behaviour.
• Create and maintain autonomous AI agents capable of executing complex multi-step tasks.
• Develop, test, and iterate on real-world AI workflows integrated into broader applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor and fine-tune AI models in production for accuracy, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay current with emerging trends in generative AI, LLMs, agent-based architectures, and MLOps.
