We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
Develop and monitor overall HR systems, procedures, and policies across the organization.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Foster a positive working environment that supports the company culture and values.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or MBA
Proven experience as HR Manager or similar HR leadership role (typically 3–5+ years).
Age - 27-35
