Location : Hyderabad Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for taking ownership and accountability of projects from medium to high complex projectsResponsible for ensuring the quality of work Responsible for completion of administrative tasks such PL, PT, Portal.Participating in meetings and training sessions, providing effective feedback and inputInteracting with teammates, colleagues and managers Contributing to the overall departmental goals and objectivesPerform quality control checks to ensure accuracy of DP workAttend and participate in project review meetings and kick off callsPrepare training documents for key / critical clients and take training sessionsAssist the Team Leads in preparing any reports / data pertaining to process / functionMeeting the deadlinesSpecific AccountabilitiesAdhere and complete all process related tasks on timeEffectively self-monitor project related follow up tasks (revision / changes etc.)Interact with senior colleagues and Research ManagersInteract with functional teams – SP & PM and other stake holders as necessaryParticipate in team meetings Attend specific project meetings assigned by TLs / TrainerHelp mentor junior analysts on project related tasks for low complex / non-critical projectsDemonstrate ownership and flexibility in handling project and process related tasksEffectively displays behavior consistent with Toluna valuesIdentify the training needs of Jr. Analyst, Associate Analysts and Analysts.Effectively self-monitors project related follow up tasks (revision / changes etc)Skills RequiredAttention to detail in quality checkingExcellent written and oral communication skills Quantum, SPSS and Crunch programming skills (at least 5 years of experience)Strong quantitative and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skillsMarket research experienceQualificationGraduate in any disciplineMBA is preferredExperience5+ years’ experience in primary or secondary Market Research domainQuantum, SPSS and Crunch programming skills Experience on working with onsite clients / stake holders.Experience working on Medium to high complex projects
