Rosary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher who can build a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that supports every student.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will :
- Actively support and promote the Catholic identity and ethos of the school, delivering engaging and contemporary Religious Education experiences.
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of contemporary, innovative and inclusive pedagogies that focus on student engagement, inquiry and co-constructed learning across all curriculum areas.
- Design inclusive evidence based learning programs informed by date, particularly in literacy and numeracy.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that prioritises student wellbeing and social and emotional learning, helping students develop self-regulation, positive behaviour, personal responsibility, and success as learners.
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with students families, colleagues, and the wider community.
- Be a dynamic educator committed to ongoing professional growth and collaborative learning with a willingness to implement new initiatives.
About You
Support the Catholic ethos and Dominican charism of Rosary School.Demonstrate skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the role requirements.Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and student growth.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to work collaboratively within a team environment and effectively teach students to achieve required learning outcomes.Establish and maintain collaborative and supportive professional relationships with students, staff and families.About Us
