Job Description & Activities :

1. Skilled AI Engineer / Lead with true hands-on expertise in building, fine-tuning, and deploying production-scale LLM applications including AI agents, multimodal systems, and conversational AI with robust API integration, async programming, and enterprise scale deployment capabilities.

2. Drive GenAI agentic innovation by designing autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, and tool integrations - LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Hugging Face, NLP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), OpenAi, Claude

3. Proficient in Python, ML frameworks and data libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

4. Strong skills in development of E2E AI solutions, design patterns – Analyze, design, deliver & support

5. Hands-on with AWS & Azure cloud AI / ML services and experience in cloud migration.

6. Knowledge of ML / AIOps pipelines, scalability, cost optimization, and cloud security.

7. Ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.

8. Expertise in RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, FAISS, Weaviate,VectorDB etc).

9. Understanding of AI Design Patterns , ethics, data privacy, security and governance frameworks.

10. Creative, adaptable, and innovative mindset to apply GenAI and agents to new business use cases.

General skills Requirement :

• Overall 7+ years exp , specially 3-5+ years of proven experience in ML / AI and recent experience in delivering GenAI Solutions , AI Agents.
• Mentor and guide the GenAI Developers on best practices, technology selection, performance optimization, and integration patterns.
• Hands-On skills on coding-languages like Python, .NET / C# , PLSQL
• Go-getter, ready to work in high performing team environment.
