Job description

Role : Gen AI Specialist with python

JOB LOCATION : Pune

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT : 4+

Required Technical Skill :

  • Strong programming skills in Python .
  • Experience with one or more of the following : LangChain , LangGraph , crew.ai , Autogen .
  • Deep understanding of Agent Architectures , RAG , and GraphRAG .
  • Familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.
  • Proven ability to design scalable and efficient AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI solutions using Python, with proficiency in frameworks such as Flask , Streamlit , and FastAPI .
  • Architect and implement intelligent agents and agent-based systems.
  • Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including GraphRAG , to enhance model performance.
  • Engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions.
  • Collaborate on solutioning initiatives in Data and GenAI , driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Work with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain , LangGraph , crew.ai , or Autogen (hands-on experience with at least one is required).
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP) .
