About the Role :
We are looking for experienced and dynamic Talent Advisors to join the Cummins recruitment team. At Cummins, we take a consultative approach to hiring this is not mandate-driven recruitment. Our recruiters leverage cutting-edge AI recruitment tools , enabling them to focus more on understanding business needs and acting as strategic talent partners, rather than being bogged down by operational tasks.
We aim to hire game-changers who can bring a fresh perspective to plant and manufacturing recruitment .
What Were Looking For :
- 7+ years of recruitment experience , specifically in plant / manufacturing industry hiring
- A deep understanding of plant-specific roles and operations
- Familiarity with innovative sourcing methods for niche and technical roles
- Ability to partner closely with business stakeholders and deliver quality talent with quick turnaround times
- Willingness to work on-site (Indore or Phaltan) on a full-time, 5-day work week basis
