Job Description :
As a Global Recruiter, you will own the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Youll work closely with internal teams and clients to identify hiring needs, attract top-tier talent, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and engaging hiring experience across different regions and time zones.
Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment internationally (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding)
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, ATS platforms, and proactive outreach
- Conduct candidate assessments and initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule client interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking tools and databases
- Ensure compliance with global hiring standards and labor regulations
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in full-cycle international recruitmentSolid understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation methodsExperience working with a wide range of industries and rolesExcellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity when recruiting across regionsProficient with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, JobStreet, Indeed, and ATS systemsOrganized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneouslyExperience working remotely and across time zones is a must
