SAP Integration Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Deliver integration solutions in a timely manner following SAP and project standards.
• Translate functional requirements into technical design documents and integration specifications.
• Develop, configure, and deploy integration flows (iFlows) in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Plan and execute internal unit testing, end-to-end integration testing, and regression testing.
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for integration errors.
• Participate in Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support activities, including resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timelines.
• Work closely with business and functional teams to gather requirements, analyze source and target systems, and design effective integration solutions.
• Support system configuration, documentation, and training related to SAP CPI processes.
• Collaborate with technical / AMS leads to track progress, report risks, and ensure quality delivery.
• Provide continuous improvement and optimization of existing integration solutions.
• Participate actively in project meetings, testing cycles, and go-live support.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of delivered integrations.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation on assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Be an effective team player and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
