Loan Advisor

Responsibilities :

Advise clients on a wide range of loan products, including Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Education Loans, and Loan Against Property.

Explain and assist with loan refinancing, consolidation, and interest rate reduction strategies.

Provide clear guidance on documentation requirements for each loan type.

Address all client queries related to loan eligibility, processing, repayment terms, and refinancing options.

Act as a client-facing representative — maintaining professionalism, trust, and a solution-oriented approach.

Collaborate with internal teams and lending partners to ensure smooth processing and timely resolution of client needs.

Skills :

Strong understanding of the end-to-end loan lifecycle across multiple loan products.

Experience in loan advisory, credit analysis, or financial services preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to simplify complex processes and present solutions clearly to clients.

Detail-oriented with clarity on compliance and documentation requirements.
