  • Handle international outbound voice calls related to technical support
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
  • Achieve assigned goals and performance targets
  • Maintain a positive and energetic approach during customer interaction
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards

    • Required Profile :

    • Flair communication skills in English
    • Goal-oriented and energetic with a positive attitude
    • Willingness to work under pressure
    • Must be a good team player
    • Flawless vocabulary and a neutral accent are mandatory
