  • Handle international outbound calls related to technical support
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English with customers
  • Assist in resolving basic technical issues and escalate complex ones
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone during calls
  • Work as part of a team to meet performance goals

    • Required Profile :

    • Flair in spoken English with a neutral accent
    • Goal-oriented and energetic approach
    • Positive attitude and willingness to handle pressure
    • Strong listening and communication skills
    • Must be a good team player

      • Desired Candidate Profile :

    • Minimum qualification : 12th pass
    • Graduate, undergraduate, or any specialization welcome
    • Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
    • Must have basic computer knowledge
