Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the strategic interface between IT and Commercial business teams.
- Lead the execution of commercial excellence projects across sales, marketing, and customer engagement functions.
- Champion the adoption of AI / ML / GenAI and other digital innovations to drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Oversee CRM strategy, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 35 IT professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful change management and user adoption.
- Track project KPIs and ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Requirements :
Proven experience in IT-business partnering, preferably in a commercial function.Strong understanding of CRM systems and their impact on business.Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies such as Generative AI, analytics, and automation.Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Experience managing change initiatives and delivering digital transformation.Skills Required
