Job description

About the Role

We are looking for a PEGA engineer with hands-on experience in Constellation architecture to design and build modern applications that are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using PEGA Constellation architecture and DX APIs.
Build responsive UI components, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, coding standards, and guardrails.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of applications.
Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.

Qualifications

PEGA CSSA certification is mandatory.

Must have Pega Constellation Adoption badge.

Exposure to PEGA Infinity and latest versions.

Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on PEGA development experience with 1-2 years hands-on exposure to Constellation based development.

Strong knowledge of PEGA Constellation architecture, DX API, and App Studio.

Experience on UI / UX best practices in PEGA.

Experience on React / Angular based Pega components.

Expertise on Pega case management, decisioning, and integrations (REST / SOAP).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Exposure to PEGA Infinity and latest versions.

Required Skills
