Disbursement Operations Executive

Job description6 months – 1 year of experience in disbursement operations, loan processing, or similar domain. Strong understanding of disbursement workflows and SLAs. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines. Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration or any relevant field.

Job Description : We are looking for a detail-oriented Disbursement Operations Executive to manage and streamline the disbursement process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with SLAs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure the entire disbursement cycle runs smoothly and deliver as per defined SLAs.
- Build and follow processes to ensure timely disbursement within TAT.
- Manage disbursement-related risks and escalate issues proactively.
- Act as the owner of the complete disbursement process, driving accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a SPOC for NBFC partners and coordinate for disbursement requirements.
- Handle basic escalations and provide quick resolutions.
- Work on Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and reconciliation
