▷ Immediate Start! Category Manager (Purchase)

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Category Manager for PAN India to oversee the management and growth of our Perishable, Non Perishable and Goods categories, optimizing the category portfolio, driving supplier relationships, identifying market trends, and managing the entire lifecycle of goods procurement to enhance product offering, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy Development : Develop and implement a strategic plan for PAN India supplies that aligns with the company’s overall goals and client needs.
• Supplier Management : Identify, evaluate, and manage PAN India suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and reliable supply.
• Sourcing & Procurement : Lead the sourcing and procurement, ensuring cost-effective purchasing without compromising on quality or availability.
• Cost Management : Manage and control category budgets, ensuring cost savings and achieving financial targets while maintaining product quality and supplier relationships.
• Contract Negotiation & Supplier Agreements : Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards, while mitigating risks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with operations, kitchens to ensure demand is met with adequate supply.
• Process Improvement : Continuously assess and recommend improvements to procurement processes, supplier relationships, and inventory management to enhance overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance : Ensure that goods [ Perishable or Non Perishable] meet regulatory requirements and quality standards. Work with quality assurance teams to maintain product integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
• Catering Industry experience is preferred.
