Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Invoice to Cash

We are looking for professionals with Credit & Collections / Cash applications / Dispute management profile

Responsibilities

• .Should have team handling experience of at least relevant year of experience with a size of 10 to 12 team members.
• .Should possess excellent communication skills
• .Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts
• .Client Management- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation
• .Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute / Collections queries.
• .Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention
• .Prepare and complete SOP's or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements
• .Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
• .Perform daily internal audit
