Role Overview :

As an Engineering Manager - Full-stack, you'll lead a team of engineers to design, build, and scale our platform. You'll drive technical excellence across our web and mobile stack while fostering innovation in local commerce technology.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

• Architect and oversee development of full-stack solutions using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and Go (Gin)
• Lead frontend development with React.js, Next.js, and React Native
• Design scalable microservices and APIs (REST / gRPC)
• Optimize cloud-native applications on GCP / AWS
