Senior Techno Functional SAP B1 Specialist

Job descriptionServe as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation. Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management). Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms. Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks. Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices. Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users. BTech / MTech, BCA / MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges . Top 20 percentile in academics (preferred). 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles. Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions. Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports). Familiarity with AWS , MS Office , and other related technologies. Experience with systems integration, web services, and data migration is a plus. High Ownership & Hustle : Proactive and accountable, with a "get-it-done" mindset.
