Job description5 to 20 years of experience in the Banking domain , specifically with Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS or similar core banking platforms Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE v12.x to 14.5 Strong techno-functional expertise with FCUBS 14.x in recent assignments Proven track record in implementation and / or support of core banking applications Deep understanding of at least one core domain : CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, Treasury, or Payments Familiarity with modules like OBPM, OBCL, Loan Origination, ELCM, 8C, LC & EOC, ATM Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and coordination capabilities Willingness to travel onsite for client engagements, if required
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver techno-functional support and implementation for Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking System (FCUBS)
- Work on multiple core banking modules including CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, Treasury (Forex, Money Markets, Securities, Derivatives), and Payments
- Analyze, design, and implement business solutions in alignment with client requirements
- Lead and support end-to-end SDLC activities — from requirement gathering to deployment
- Provide detailed evaluation and review of technical and functional design specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and solution delivery
- Participate in offshore and on-site delivery models as per project needs
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and provide visibility to leadership on deliverables
- Drive improvements in application stability and performance
