We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our growing SaaS team. This role involves owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, managing a strong pipeline, and driving new business growth.
Essential Job Functions
- Identify and qualify prospects through research, outreach, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations
- Manage end-to-end sales process : prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in full-cycle sales (preferably SaaS or tech solutions)Proven record of meeting / exceeding sales quotasExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong business acumen and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Candidates must be flexible and work during US hours, which is essential for this role & must also have their own system / work setup for remote work.
