The PC acts as a Process Auditor — ensuring tasks are completed correctly and on time through team follow-ups, not by executing them personally.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily team tasks for timely completion.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Track progress and escalate delays or issues as needed.
• Maintain clear and professional communication across teams.
• Raise and follow up on Help Tickets until resolution.
• Prepare and share daily reports on completed and pending tasks.
