Job Description

We’re looking for a Finance Lead to own FP&A, MIS, and financial reporting at organization. You’ll build financial visibility, drive planning processes, and provide insights that empower strategic decision-making.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role anchoring the finance function — focusing on forward-looking analysis, business partnering, and scaling financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

1) Lead FP&A – budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and unit economics

2) Own MIS & reporting – deliver timely, accurate business and financial insights

3) Build & enhance financial models to support product, ops, and growth decisions

4) Partner with leaders to evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives and pricing

5) Improve finance processes, dashboards, and internal controls

6) Liaise with external accounting partners for bookkeeping, reconciliations & compliance

7) Support audits, investor reporting, and board requirements

Preferred Qualifications

1) 4–7 years’ experience in FP&A / Business Finance / MIS / Reporting

• 2) Strong Excel and financial modeling skills;

SQL / BI tools exposure is a plus

3) Working knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping (Tally a bonus)

4) CA Mandatory

5) Prior startup experience is an advantage
