Assistant Manager - New Product Development

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support the New Product Development Manager in driving innovation and development in the bath linen category. This role will assist in coordinating new product initiatives, managing timelines, conducting market research, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure the timely and successful launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in compiling trend research, mood boards, and product inspiration.
• Coordinate with design and sourcing teams for sample development and approvals.
• Track progress on multiple NPD projects and update project trackers.
