Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Telecallers, located in Thane. The Telecallers will handle incoming and outgoing calls to and from clients, provide product information, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues. They will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, updating records, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience and ability to handle customer inquiries
• Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent education
