Role Overview
Mangatrai Jewels is seeking
2 experienced Sales Telecallers
to join our dynamic sales team. The role is focused on
converting digital and referral leads into store walk-ins and video-call shopping appointments , ensuring a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Call and qualify leads generated from social media campaigns, referrals, and events.
Present jewellery collections (Diamond, Gold, Polki) and offers to prospects.
Schedule
store visits
and
video-call shopping appointments , ensuring high show-up rates.
Maintain timely and accurate lead updates in CRM.
Follow up diligently with interested leads to maximize conversions.
Coordinate with showroom sales staff for smooth client handover.
Meet monthly sales-qualified lead and walk-in targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of telecalling / inside sales experience.
Background in
jewellery, real estate, or luxury retail
is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in
Telugu, Hindi, and English .
Comfortable handling
high-value clientele
with patience and professionalism.
Familiar with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and basic Excel.
Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven attitude.
