We're Hiring – Client Support & Project Coordinator (Night + Day Shift Hybrid)

Trawlii Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic professional who can be the bridge between our US clients and our India team.

Shift : 3-4 hrs (Night – US Client Communication) + 4-5 hrs (Day – India Team Coordination)

Location : Work from Home

What you'll do :

Talk to US clients, share project updates, and manage tickets.

Coordinate with our Indian technical team to ensure smooth delivery.

Track progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication.

Who should apply :

• 2–5 years' experience in Client Support / Project Coordination / Technical Account Management.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good understanding of websites, software & apps (not coding, but functional knowledge).
• Comfortable working in partial night shift.
