The opportunity :

They currently seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis and play a leading role in their commercial building team. The ideal applicant will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Key responsibilities :

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Ensure compliance with local and national building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify and manage project risks, taking corrective actions to mitigate potential issues.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication among project team members.
