UI / UX Designer - Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD

Job Summary :

A UI / UX Designer transforms complex concepts into intuitive, engaging digital experiences through research, visual design, prototyping, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Their work goes far beyond basic interface designencompassing all activities necessary to ensure a product looks great, feels natural, and solves real user & Responsibilities :

User Research & Analysis :

• Collect and analyze user needs via interviews, surveys, analytics, and observational studies.
• Map user journeys and define various user personas to guide product design.
• Conduct competitor analysis and usability audits to identify improvement Strategy & Conceptualization :
• Develop comprehensive experience strategies and design concepts based on research insights and business goals.
• Visualize ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes to outline key interactions and layouts.
• Align product goals with actionable design objectives in close collaboration with Design & Prototyping :
• Design responsive UI elementsmenus, tabs, widgets, navigation buttons, and search fieldswith strong attention to visual hierarchy, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• Build interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to demonstrate workflows and site / app structure before development.
• Establish and maintain style guides detailing typography, color schemes, iconography, and layout standards for cohesive design Feedback, & Iteration :
• Lead usability testing through methods like A / B tests, user interviews, and behavioral analytics.
• Gather, interpret, and utilize both qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine layouts, flows, and information architecture.
• Constantly iterate designs to improve accessibility, reduce friction, and solve usability issues based on stakeholder and user & Communication :
• Present designs and prototypes to cross-functional teams, integrating suggestions while balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
• Coordinate closely with developers to ensure practical implementation and maintain design integrity through to launch.
• Document design processes and maintain records of iterations and feedback for future Overview :
• Proficiency in wireframing and design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong visual design skills in typography, color theory, and layout.
• Should have 2+ years of experience.
• Familiarity with user research, information architecture, user flows, and usability principles.
• Good understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant UI / UX design work and process.
