Furlenco is a different furniture company. We enable the urban Indian to live better today in their homes, by giving them award-winning furniture and home decor with a basket of access to rent, buy, sell and buy back. All of our furniture is designed in-house by experts. We don’t just give furniture. We provide decor, accessories and appliances as well. We are launching our first ever offline stores so that one can furnish their entire home, room or corner without traversing multiple stores or websites !

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to join our Collections team as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager. The role demands a strong background in banking collections combined with analytical skills to optimize performance, monitor portfolio health, and deliver data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Collections Management :

  • Assist in developing and executing collection strategies to reduce delinquency and NPA levels.
  • Monitor daily / weekly performance of collection teams against defined KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track collection performance, portfolio trends, and team productivity.
  • Prepare insightful presentations (PPTs) for senior management, highlighting collection trends, risks, and recommendations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of delinquency buckets and recommend corrective actions
  • Process Improvement & Strategy

  • Identify gaps in existing collection processes and propose automation or workflow improvements.
  • Support the implementation of digital / AI-driven collection tools.
  • Contribute to policy formation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Key Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration or related Field
  • Experience : 4–8 years in banking / NBFC collections, with at least 2+ years in a team lead or assistant manager role.
  • Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of retail / SME lending products, delinquency buckets, collection processes, and RBI guidelines.
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills, business understanding.
  • Technical Skills

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for management-level reporting.
  • Can be a plus if the candidate has,

  • hands-on experience in SQL & Proficiency in Power BI).
