Description :

  • Oversee billing and collection processes to ensure accuracy and timely revenue realization.
  • Monitor revenue assurance activities to identify and prevent revenue leakages.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports related to billing, collections, and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve collection efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements in revenue assurance and billing operations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.
  • Support audits and ensure documentation for revenue assurance activities are up to date.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in billing, collection, revenue assurance, and MIS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in generating and interpreting MIS reports.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in telecom, BFSI, or related industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP or billing software tools.
