Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer- Accounts Payable & Payroll

Responsibilities :

• .Invoice Processing - Manage vendor invoice receipt, validation, coding, and posting in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• .Payment Management - Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor and employee payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• .Employee T&E Expenses - Review and process employee travel and expense claims, ensuring adherence to company policies and proper documentation
• .Compliance & Controls - Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and audit requirements across AP activities
• .Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with finance, internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve queries, maintain records, and improve process efficiency
• .Continuous Improvement & Controls - Strengthen process controls, identify automation opportunities, and drive consistency and efficiency across AP activities
