Role Overview

We’re hiring a Program Manager who loves solving problems, scaling processes, and working with smart people. You’ll own delivery excellence for assigned subject categories and build a high-quality tutor network that can serve learners across global markets.

This role is a mix of operations, analytics, process design, and cross-functional execution — perfect for someone who likes end-to-end ownership and moving fast.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale the tutor supply base for assigned categories

Acquire, screen, onboard, and improve the performance of subject experts across the US, Canada, and the UK

Drive end-to-end execution : process design, data analysis, performance monitoring, quality improvements

Partner with Operations, Growth, Product, and Student Experience teams to solve real on-ground challenges

Lead and coach a small team, driving performance and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in operations, consulting, category management, or marketplace roles

Strong analytical skills (Excel is a must; SQL / Tableau is a bonus)

Someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Ownership mindset, bias for action, and a “get things done” attitude

Hungry to learn, build, and create impact

Comfortable working in US shift timings (workday starts at 2 PM IST)
