Role Overview
We're seeking a sharp, forward-thinking AI-Powered Analytics Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll design, build, and deploy advanced analytics solutions using machine learning, LLMs, and automation to turn raw data into actionable business insights. You’ll work closely with clients, developers, and business strategists to shape AI-powered products and processes tailored for startups and SMEs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI and machine learning models to optimize business processes (sales forecasting, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, etc.)
- Build data pipelines and dashboards to visualize operational and financial KPIs for client businesses.
- Integrate analytics systems with cloud platforms, CRMs, ERPs, e-commerce platforms (e.G., Shopify, WooCommerce), and accounting tools (e.G., Xero, QuickBooks).
- Use generative AI tools (e.G., ChatGPT, LangChain, GPT APIs) to automate decision-making and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, strategy) to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
- Conduct data audits, identify improvement opportunities, and propose automation strategies.
- Stay current with the latest AI trends and tools to continuously enhance our offerings.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI / ML development.Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, etc.)Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).Knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, and frameworks like LangChain, or RAG.Hands-on experience integrating APIs from business platformsExperiencewith Power BI.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred But Not Required
Background in finance or experience working in a business operations role.Experience working with startups or consulting firms.Exposure to FP&A or CFO Functions
