Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript and API integration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing website performance, troubleshooting front-end issues, integrating APIs, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

This is a remote freelance / contract opportunity with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities :

• Website Issue Resolution : Diagnose and resolve WordPress issues including plugin conflicts, theme bugs, and layout problems.
• JavaScript Optimization : Analyze, debug, and optimize JavaScript for faster page loads and smoother interactions.
• Speed & Performance Enhancement : Implement strategies for caching, lazy loading, code minification, and script management to improve Core Web Vitals.
• Front-End Troubleshooting : Address HTML, CSS, and JS issues affecting rendering, layout shifts, and interactivity.
• Performance Monitoring : Continuously monitor and enhance site performance using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, or GTmetrix.
• API Integration : Collaborate with the tech team to integrate APIs and dynamically display candidate profiles on the website.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the team to provide technical solutions and implement best practices.
