We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to oversee our asset management projects in India. The ideal candidate will have 12- 15 years of experience and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects while managing resources :

• Lead and manage asset management projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to report on project status and gather feedback.
• Ensure effective communication among all project participants and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project documentation and maintain comprehensive project records.
• Implement best practices in project management and asset management methodologies.
