We are now seeking a passionate and proactive
Assistant Manager – Brand Tie-Ups
to join our growing business team and help us scale our brand partnerships across in-films, OTT content, TVCs, and corporate productions.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who’s enthusiastic about
brand collaborations, sales strategy, and creative storytelling
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
identifying and securing strategic brand partnerships
for OTT projects, in-films, and digital campaigns.
Support the
Senior Manager and leadership team
in creating and delivering high-impact pitches and presentations.
Coordinate with internal
creative, production, and marketing teams
to execute brand-integrated content seamlessly.
Manage the
end-to-end execution
of smaller brand tie-up projects — from client briefing to final delivery.
Build and maintain
relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate partners
for ongoing collaborations.
Track and report on
sales performance, pitch conversions, and campaign outcomes
Research industry trends and competitor activities to
identify new business opportunities.

presentations, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of
new brands pitched and onboarded
per quarter.
Timely and successful
execution of brand tie-up deliverables.
Support efficiency
in proposal creation, follow-ups, and reporting.
Client and internal team
satisfaction scores
on campaign delivery.
Contribution to
overall brand partnership revenue
and pipeline growth.
Qualifications & Experience
2–5 years
of experience in
brand partnerships, marketing, ad sales, or business development
, preferably within OTT, production, or media.
Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
Familiarity with
brand integration, sponsorship, or campaign execution.
A degree in
Marketing, Media, or Business Management
is preferred.
