Job description1–3 years of hands-on influencer marketing / digital campaign experience. Strong communication & negotiation skills – both with creators and brands. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with attention to detail. A team player who can also guide interns / juniors when needed. Bonus : Experience working with lifestyle, grooming, or fashion brands. Be part of a core founding team as we expand aggressively in the next 12 months. Exposure to top brands & celebrity campaigns. Performance-based incentives.
Location : Kandiwali east, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Experience : 2-3 years in influencer marketing end to end execution
Compensation : Competitive, performance-driven

What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns – from scouting, negotiations, and briefing to final execution & reporting.
- Own client communication – handle campaign calls, understand briefs, and deliver flawless execution.
- Maintain structured data & campaign reports – no loose ends, everything tracked and reported.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative campaign ideas to clients and creators.
- Collaborate with the social media team for brand visibility and content.
- Take ownership & accountability for campaign performance – with room to grow into a leadership role.
